[0.165] Missing enum overwolf.windows.WindowStateEx

Issue Description:
Typing suggests there is an enum for window states (types/overwolf.d.ts at master · overwolf/types · GitHub) but it’s are missing in the actual overwolf API.

@Colorfulstan you are right. I can see that this enum is not public or another issue.
Let me check it and get back to you.
