I visited https://console.overwolf.com/, the only login method is “Login with Google”.
Is there any requirement for this google account?
Should the email address be the same with my whitelisted overwolf account’s email address?

The console is used once you have your first OPK ready. When you have that, email us at developers@overwolf.com and a developer relations manager will be assigned to you and provide you with access to the console.
