Add a setAlwaysBack primitive

I guess that you want this “alwaysBack” window to be behind the other porofessor app windows (and not behind any Overwolf app window), right?

We added this feature request to our backlog.
We don’t have an ETA, though, and that can take some time to implement and release. Thank you for your patience.
