[Apex Legends] Executions don't cause kill events

Issue Description:
A user has contacted support that his executions don’t show up as kills.
Whenever this issue occurred it appears that we are not getting any kill event - however, it is clear that the kill happened because of match_info.tabs info update.

We would like to get a proper kill event for it without any workaround.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):

  1. Open apex legends
  2. get into a match (any mode)
  3. perform an execution

Impact for my app: ~14K users (users are aware of the issue as a user contacted support over this issue)

Do you currently have a workaround?
Not exactly. we can count the kill retroactively using the official workaround but not for event usage

We validated this issue with @LEOkonami and we noticed it happens only in Arena.
