Could not get game events

Related app/team name (not a must if you want to keep it private): An application under review(Apex Assistant)
Issue Description:
When you open the game(Apex) first, then open overWolf and our app (Apex Assistant), there is a certain probability that you will not be able to get game events, and there is no log information.
Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
1.open game first;
2.open overwolf and our app (Apex Assistant);

Impact for my app: * Leaving our application unusable

Overwolf event provider needs to run before the game to be 100% functional
We will check that and see if there is some workaround and let you know
