[CS:GO] inGame window issues in trusted mode

Issue Description:
It seems OW overlay does not display all of our ingame windows.
happens in borderless, windowed & fullscreen.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce): run cs:go without any launch params

notes:

• When this issue occurs it will consist until the user manually launch (using hotkeys) a window
• In windowed mode: All outplayed windows do not appear in game
• In fullscreen mode: only our ingame index appears but all other windows don’t appear at all

we double checked ourselves by downloading fuze, and it is reproduced easely there too. (didn’t see any ingame window)

Impact for my app: High (8K DAU)

I tried to reproduce, but I didn’t notice any issue. But I might miss something.
I need more info: Can you please tell:

• Which in-game windows you expect to see? a screenshot even will be okay.
• In which phase I should see the in-game windows and what is the default hotkey that displays/hide the window;

A fix for this issue is available on OW client version 168.
