Issue Description:
Missing hero pool detection for Captain’s Draft game mode
Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
Just open a lobby and host a Captain’s Draft game - no hero pool event will fire
Impact for my app: [e.g. x% of the users complained about it, it’s a show-stopper]
Recently custom leagues (like FaceIt) started preferring this game mode and I’ve received numerous complaints about it not being supported
Do you currently have a workaround?
Nope.
I believe it was previously supported, a long time ago, and was broken along with Rabdom Draft/Single Draft game modes, though those were fixed by now.
Please reproduce and attach a zip package of your OW client logs
