[Dota] When starting GEP after a match has already begun, lobby_type stays empty

Issue Description:
Usually when Overwolf is running before a match has started, once a match starts, the GEP will properly pick up its lobby_type and game_mode. If you have Overwolf closed before a match, and open it after it started (specifically in the pick phase) - only game_mode will be populater, and lobby_type will remain empty.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):

  1. Close Dota 2.
  2. Queue for a Dota 2 match
  3. Accept it
  4. Wait for pick phase to begin
  5. Open Overwolf

Impact for my app: [e.g. x% of the users complained about it, it’s a show-stopper]
There’s not a few users who prefer to have Overwolf close and only remember to open it when they find a match. This bug makes it so the app is unusable for this people. It’s not a show-stopper, but it’s important.

Do you currently have a workaround?

As you can see, they start as both None, then lobby_type is populater and then game_mode

There is no event with both as None, no event for populating lobby_type. Only one event to populate game_mode
