Error log while updating app

Hello,

I have found several occurrences of this error in some of my users logs:

   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
   at OverWolf.Client.CommonUtils.ODKv2.ODKv2PackageDataFile.GetServerLastModified()

Do you know what might be the cause?

In the logs there are other DNS lookup related errors - this could be many issues including a local firewall, a router rule or even an ISP issue.
Can you ask this person to try to open a browser an navigate to: https://tracking.overwolf.com/ see if he gets any response?

Unfortunately I have no ways to contact these users, I get these logs from the crash dumps in s3

You are right. You can’t extract the users from the crash logs.
So unfortunatly we will have to keep an eye on it…

I’m closing the ticket for now (means: add the tag status:closed).
We can re-open it again.
