Events not firing unless running OW in Admin Mode

Issue Description: I have several users who are not getting any infoUpdates to fire (and calls to getInfo fail), unless they run Overwolf in Administrator mode. Is this a known issue? Is it known why this happens or how to fix it?

My app is for PUBG.

Steps to reproduce: Run Steam in Admin Mode, but not Overwolf? Does having OW installed on a different hard drive than the game matter?

Impact for my app: show-stopper

Nope, Overwolf helpers should run Elevated all the time.
