[Geometry Dash] Unable to record Geometry Dash Gameplay

A user reported that he has issues recording specifically for Geometry Dash:

when I try to record geometry dash, it makes the game basically unplayable.
It lag spikes constantly and if I alt tab from geometry dash with Outplayed active I have to restart the game to get back in.

Can you reproduce it: No.
however, we did find in the user’s logs that:

GeometryDash.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module nvapi.dll at 0023:69198ad4.",“process”:“Overlay”,“subSystem”:“overlay”,“version”:“2.2.84.12”}

Impact for my app: Medium (Effects a portion of our Geometry Dash users, which is 300 DAU)
Do you currently have a workaround? No

@shir.brass We need to contact this issue, Access Violation is an overlay issue that we need to look into.
There are a lot of possible reasons for this bug, Please ask him to contact support
