HyperX Cloud II Wireless headset audio is not mixed to clips

Heya, a user who uses HyperX Cloud II Wireless headset complained about not having any audio on his clips, his OBS logs are just spammed with the msg in the bottom.
is there a known compatibility issue with this model?
couldn’t find it in:

not attaching logs as the user requested extreme privacy regarding his logs and data…
but he is available for debugging on Discord under ゲキュメ#5267 (you can find him on the Replay HUD channel \ Mimic channel)

Hi Boaz, thank you for highlighting the issue!

We will pass it on to QA, however if you can please check if it is strictly a problem when recording through overwolf, or if it also happens when recording stuff with an external software. That will give us some more to work with :slight_smile:

seems that when he uses Discord to stream or slOBS to record - there is no issue at all and everything works fine.
