overwolf.utils.openStore toggle instead of open

Issue Description:
We’re using overwolf.utils.openStore to open the subscription page (remove ads button)
if the user clicks on the remove ads button again the subscription page will close instead of remaining open.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on remove ads - wait for the subscription page to open, click again on remove ads.

Impact for my app: low

Do you currently have a workaround?
no.

please check if you can remove the toggle functionality and make it only open as the name of the method suggested.
