PUBG kill feed game event

Related Games: PUBG
Related app/team name: PUBG Match Leaderboard

  • Feature Description: Would be really good to have an event that will reflect what is happening in a game kill feed
  • impact for my app: very-high. Not a show stopper, but very high.
  • What is your current pain point?: Currently there is no way to properly track knocks and kills in a pubg match. The only way to know if player is “dead” is to handle “roster” event (and “kill” event, but this is only useful for cases when the kill was performed by a local player). But even “roster” event is NOT an indication of player’s death. The player may be still ingame spectating. The larger issue it that even though these events track opponents’ deaths more or less ok in a solo game mode. in duo or squads there are knocks, opponent may be killed by a teammate, the kill may be stolen by other opponent, etc. This way the kills are tracked incorrectly. So I need a kill feed event, that will reflect what is happening in a game kill feed. For example pleyer1 killed/knocked player2, player2 knocked by playzone. etc., etc.

Hi, and thanks for the feedback.

We will discuss the matter internally, and we will update you here.
It might take up to a few days.

Thanks.

We added this feature request to our backlog.
We don’t have an ETA, though, and that can take some time to implement and release. Thank you for your patience.
We will update you here once it is ready.

Thanks.
