Issue Description:
whenever user reconnects to a match, a kill event is sent with the current kill count

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce): Yes
1.create a match in pubg and score some kills
2.kill the game process
3.Relaunch pubg and reconnect to the match

Result:
GEP will trigger a kill event with the current count of kills in the reconnected match
[GameEventsService] Got Game Event: {“events”:[{“name”:“kill”,“data”:“4”}]}

Expected:
No event should be triggered (as there was no kill)

Impact for my app: low-medium (~1K DAU)
Do you currently have a workaround? No
