Taskbar icon for app not displayed when in developer mode and app is an "unpacked extension"

Issue Description:
Since 0.153, taskbar icon for an app loaded as “unpacked extension” is not set up.
It works though with a normal app.

Steps to reproduce:
In 0.153, load an app as “unpacked extension”.

Impact for my app: Low

Do you currently have a workaround? No, not needed though

Hmm, this doesn’t happen anymore.
I keep the issue opened for visibiltiy, feel free to close it

We solved this for our next release (which will actually be version 0.155 - should start phasing in 1-1.5 weeks)
