Issue Description:
When using the full screen button on a

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create a window with a
  2. position that window somewhere on the screen
  3. hit the full-screen button
  4. hit the full-screen button again to close down full screen mode

Impact for my app: mid

@eransharv Sorry for abandoning this.

All you need to do for reproduction is use the demo app and add a video-tag in there -> play it in fullscreen.
