Issue Description:
Recently a feature was added to Overwolf which allows Overwolf apps to receive events when a SavedVariable was updated in a WoW addon.
We are trying to implement this to sync data from our addon to our Overwolf app.
It works fine on 2 of our computers, but for one of them, we don’t receive any info updates or errors when trying to sync data.
I verified that the saved variable does change, but there is no event incoming on the overwatch app running on that PC.
Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
Only on that specific PC. When you change any data, nothing happens in the Overwolf app.

The Addon Sync Received at 2022-05-09 20:18:42,026 is just the list of Addons you get when starting up the Overwolf app while game is running. After that point, I tried to sync data, but nothing was received.
