Issue Description:
Issue is that the player gets allocated “player_index” 0, even though he is player 5 (dire should be 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) in the following match set-up:

  • lobby_type=‘DOTA_lobby_type_name_custom_lobby’
  • game_mode=‘GameMode_AllPick’
  • Player chooses dire

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce): Create bot match, select dire side, then start game.

Impact for my app: Some users complain, not a huge issue, as it is in bot matches and issue doesn’t occur in real matches.

Please reproduce and attach a zip package of your OW client logs

Hi,

We added the bug to our backlog. Currently, there is no ETA, and it’s a minor bug with low priority, but eventually, we will fix it. I will update you here once the fix is released.
