Related app/team name: PoE Overlay
Issue Description: Korean users are complaining that they are not able to type Korean in any of the in-game windows. They can still type Korean in the in-game chat. It only affects the Overwolf windows. Note: They are using the Kakao client of Path of Exile.
Can you reproduce it: Yes, changing the display language of Windows to Korean, try typing in any of the in-game windows of my app.
