GEP Not starting for user

Related app/team name (not a must if you want to keep it private): MTGA Assistant
Issue Description: GEP fails to start for user cannot find anything wrong with our extension but see some errors in the GEP event provider about illegal tokens etc. This user is French
Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce): Happens every time the user starts the game.
Impact for my app: [e.g. x% of the users complained about it, it’s a show-stopper] So far only this user but we do not know how many users are affected.

Do you currently have a workaround? No workaround for this user found

Please reproduce and attach a zip package of your OW client logs
Please mention the time of the event so we can find it easily in the logs

Can you ask the user to reinstall OW and update if the issue persists?
