Windows Laptop: Cursor position out of sync on 125% zoom scale

Issue Description:
When setting Windows Scale & Layout to 125%, the cursor’s position on the screen is out of sync.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
this is 100% reproducible.

  1. open windows settings and set your zoom scale to 125%
  2. open a game on your laptop monitor (e.g league of legends)
  3. click on the screen where you can see the click later in the recording (e.g: a test match)
  4. close the game and look at the recording

the cursor will be offset towards the top left
Impact for my app: High (Most laptop users have 125% or 150% zoom OOTB)
Do you currently have a workaround? No
