Issue Description: App is not restored from tray after clicking app’s shortcut on desktop or OW dock-panel
Steps to reproduce: Install BUFF, click minimize button to minimize app to tray, click either OW dock-panel shortcut or desktop shortcut
Impact for my app: mid
Do you currently have a workaround? No

Please reproduce and attach a zip package of your OW client logs
Please mention the time of the event so we can find it easily in the logs

Hi,
You need to implement this yourself with overwolf.extensions.onAppLaunchTriggered

(as Overwolf doesn’t know which window you want to restore)
