[Hearthstone] match_start is reported endlessly when reconnecting to mercenaries match

Issue Description:

When reconnecting to a mercenaries match, match_start is spammed endlessly.
this causes a lot of match reports for the user, which in Outplayed’s case causes a lot of very short captures.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):

Yes.

  1. Open Hearthstone
  2. play a match of Mercenaries
  3. Close Hearthstone
  4. Open Hearthstone

Hearthstone will attempt to recconect to the match

Result:
match_start is triggered endlessly on reconnect

Expected Behavior:
match_start should trigger once on reconnect

Impact for my app:

High.
All Mercenaries players in Hearthstone (2K~ DAU)

thank you for the feedback, the issue was fixed in GEP version 209.0.0.
