Name of the app: Insights Capture
Issue Description: The user saw “failed to start game recording” after the warzone match. The SubErrorMessage shows as unknown so I am not sure where to start debugging.
Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
I was able to reproduce it but inconsistently. This issue happened to the user twice so far.
Impact for my app: [e.g. x% of the users complained about it, it’s a show-stopper] mid
We have no workaround for this except hoping the error doesn’t happen.
Here are the users logs.
In this log, in the in_game.html.log at 2022-04-26 17:27:22,483 the user gets the failed to start recording error. Seems the user encountered this error on his 3rd match/recording

This is the same user’s logs but at a different time. User was able to record 7 matches and the 8th one showed the same failed to start recording error at 2022-04-26 23:09:54,222 in in_game.html.log
